  1. First start heating your oven to 180c (360F)
  2. Boil the potato for at least 10 minutes without peeling
  3. Cover the tray with aluminum foil in double size of tray
  4. Slice onion and boiled potato half inch wide round shaped and garlic cloves must be out of their skins
  5. Put all the garnishes abreast on the tray and at top of them put the fish
  6. Add daphne leaves and pour all the olive oil on the fish
  7. Cover the tray with the foil and cook it for 30 minutes
  8. After half an hour tear off the foil and cook for another 15 minutes
  9. Serve with scallions
