  1. Boil buckwheat in hot water for 20 minutes
  2. Grate tomatoes & garlic and roast in a pot
  3. After roasted, add buckwheat,parsley and peppermint
  4. Pour milk slowly and stir when buckwheat is cooked
  5. Serve with black & red pepper
