  1. Chop the onion and scorch with butter until they get golden brown.
  2. Add the mushrooms,salt pepper and muscat.cook it for 10 or more minutes and get them soft.
  3. Add the cream, milk and flour
  4. After boiling add milk and cook for 1 minute..leave it to rest
  5. At very high temperature cook both sides of meats for 90 seconds. This will help you to have juicy inside meats. Then cook both sides for 8 minutes in order..
  6. Serve the meat with hot sauce on top, you can dress it with thyme and soy sauce ( be careful; soy sauce is very salty, so watch out the amount of salt you put in your sauce)
