  1. Start boiling potatoes for 10 minutes
  2. Chop onions 1/2 inch wide in ring shape and put on tray, then chop the red pepper and leek , clean the garlic from its skin.
  3. Chop the potatoes 1/2 inch wide ring shaped without peeling.
  4. Put all garnishes; onions,garlic,potatoes,red pepper,leek on tray and add 1 ounce water.
  5. Put all lamb chops on the garnishes. Add thyme and cumin and olive oil on top of lamb chops.
  6. Cover your tray with foil and cook it for 1/2 hour at 400 F .
  7. Then tear off the cover and cook for 1 hour more.
