  1. Beat wheat bran, egg and yogurt in a bowl until smoothens.
  2. Chop the chard in small pieces.
  3. Pour walnut oil & water in a deep pot and boil buckwheat in it. Then add chard, carrot and garlic.
  4. When they soften up gather with wheat bran egg and yogurt mixture. Boil for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with jack cheese and peppers.
