  1. Chop celery and cauliflower in medium size pieces.
  2. Combine together turmeric, garlic,nutmeg, oatmeal, parsley, dill and water in a deep pot. Add celery and cauliflower, start boiling.
  3. When the mixture softens up, pour lactose free milk slowly and keep boiling for another 10 minutes.
  4. Process mixture through blender and serve with lemon or lime.
