  1. Divide artichokes to 4 pieces each, chop carrots, peel whole onion, garlics and put them in a big pot. (Whole onion will be removed after mixture boiled up.)
  2. Add parsley and dill and 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour to the mixture.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of lactose free milk and 40 ounce water to the mixture. (Until above mixture)
  4. Bring to a boil until soften up.
  5. Remove  onion and puree mixture with an immersion blender.
  6. Add walnut oil, freshly ground blackpepper and red pepper powder to improve the taste.
