Instructions
  1. In order to avoid stiffening after toasted, you’d better cut off the edges of breads.
  2. Soak with a little bit of olive oil.
  3. Cut cheese in thick pieces and lay on bread overhanging by the edges.
  4. Then place all ingredients on top. I used all the ingredients written on the recipe, you may use upto your taste.
  5. At the end, just before closing the caps, place 2 more slices of cheese right in the middle.
  6. Close the caps and apply some more olive oil on top.
  7. Heat up your toaster to max and place your toasts in it. Toast for 5 minutes.
  8. Do not apply any pressure on your toaster. Just close the cap and leave them be.
  9. When the bread gets slightly cooked, take them out of your toaster and make a little dent in the middle by pushing with your thumb.
  10. If you are done with the dents, crack your eggs on top.
  11. Finally, put them in the oven at 200 C for 8 minutes. You may increase the duration upto 11 minutes depending on how much cooked you like the eggs. Croque-Madame Recipe
