This is a beyond delicious, easy and practical recipe which can be made in 20 minutes. One of my bachelor day favorites. May go both as side and main dish.

Fried Zucchini with Garlic Yogurt Sauce Prepare coating batter by combining together flour, vinegar and pouring beer slowly on top.

Fried Zucchini with Garlic Yogurt SauceDip chopped zucchini in the batter and soak thoroughly.

Fried Zucchini with Garlic Yogurt SaucePlace them in frying pan. Keep stirring gently while frying in order to avoid adhesion. When turns golden brown take them out and drain through a paper towel.

Prepare special sauce by combining  together yogurt, powder ginger, mayo and garlic.

  1. Peel zucchini
  2. Chop them in thin ring shapes.
  3. Prepare coating batter by combining together flour, vinegar and pouring beer slowly on top.
  4. Dip chopped zucchini in the batter and soak thoroughly.
  5. Place them in frying pan.. when turns golden brown take them out and drain through a paper towel.
  6. Prepare special sauce by combining together yogurt, powder ginger, mayo and garlic.
  7. Serve with grated parmesan.
