Detox Omelette Recipe

My wife started a diet under control of a dietitian to get rid of her extra few pounds. I never thought it was necessary though:) But anyway I had to roll up my sleeves in order to make doctor’s menu an enjoyable one! Aren’t we husbands there for them whenever they need?

This recipe  is one of them. To begin with, I will tell you about lactose free milk that star in this dish.

Lactose free milk is produced for the ones who don’t like or don’t consume milk for their lactose sensitivity. I found it quite interesting when I first read that this actually is the case for 70% of the population worldwide.

Lactase enzymes which help to digest milk sugar lactose tend to decrease fast after childhood. When there is not enough of them in your small intestines, corn and milk containing food would cause indigestion.

Since my wife suffers this, I preferred lactose free milk. If this is not the case for you then you may as well use low fat milk for this recipe.

I, as you well know, am not a vegimatarion, such as your self, hevower I believe the item 6 spaces up from your luscious looking healthy meal the health omlet is a bit overboard. Scrapple with pork roll, is even too much for my sensibilities. Does a cardiologist sit with you while you eat it???
