Let me mention the best part about this recipe before I begin. You have no restrictions or limitations in preparing the ingredients. Bread and egg are a must but the rest are replaceable. You may go with your own preferences and or whatever is left in the fridge. In this recipe, I present you important tips on making this yummy snack that you can quickly prepare and enjoy with your friends.
And soak with a little bit of olive oil.
Tip 2: Cut cheese in thick pieces and lay on bread overhanging by the edges.
Then place all ingredients on top. I used all the ingredients written on the recipe, you may use upto your taste.
At the end, just before closing the caps, place 2 more slices of cheese right in the middle.
Close the caps and apply some more olive oil on top.
Now if you’re done, it’s time to toast them. Heat up your toaster to max and place your toasts in it. Toast for 5 minutes.
Tip 3: Do not apply any pressure on your toaster. Just close the cap and leave them be.
When the bread gets slightly cooked, take them out of your toaster and make a little dent in the middle by pushing with your thumb.
If you are done with the dents, crack your eggs on top.
Make sure you do not ruin the last egg like I did:)
Finally, put them in the oven at 200 C for 8 minutes. You may increase the duration upto 11 minutes depending on how much cooked you like the eggs.
