Chop the onion into small cubes and melt the butter in another pan, scorch the onions until they get golden brown.

Also, boil the rice in another pot.

Add the HALF of ground meat to the onions and scorch together.

After roasted put the heat off and leave to cool down.

Put the other half of the ground meat in a bowl. Add the boiled rice to the raw ground meat and break 1 egg on top of them. Add salt, black pepper, cumin and parsley to the mixture.

Get the cooled down ground meat and onions that you prepared in first part and add to the mixture in the bowl.

Stir together thoroughly. When you are done with mixing put it in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.

Pour oil in a pan and leave it to shimmer.

Get 2 smaller bowls and break 2 eggs into one (Do not forget to stir the whites and the yolks) and put flour into the other.

Get the mixture from the fridge, pick the mixture by small pieces and make meatball shapes on your palm.
First dip them to the flour and then to the eggs.

Fry, egg and flour battered meatballs at high heat until golden brown.

Drain on paper towel and serve hot.
