My 4 year old is a dessert addict. You can never predict when or what time a sweet crisis can take place in our house. I invented this recipe as a life saver:) Almost all the time I have it ready in my fridge for crisis moments. It’s yummy, satisfactory and yet very healthy. I usually have difficulties in making him eat fruits so it makes me feel like I kill 2 birds with 1 stone;)
It’s a very simple recipe, here are the steps..
Chop the bananas in small pieces and mix with lemon juice.
Boil water and sugar for about 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture on bananas and stir thoroughly by a blender.
Put the mixture in to freezer.
In order to avoid getting icy, stir the mixture once in every half hour.
